'The Filial Piety Woman of Donghai' from 'Han Shu . Yu Dingguo Chuan', the Yuan Dynasty Guan Hanqing opera 'The Injustice of Dou E Moved Heaven and Earth', and the Ming Dynasty Yuan Yu Ling legend 'The Golden Lock', these three classic works delicately portray the tragic situations and filial piety of women in different historical backgrounds. Later, the famous Cantonese opera writer Tang Dixin cleverly combined the characteristics of the three works and adapted them into the Cantonese opera 'Snow in June'. The Cantonese opera writer and actor Wen Hua will join the red opera performer Lin Yingshi and a group of young actors to discuss and share with the audience how to reproduce classic masterpieces on today's stage through talks and selected performances.
Guests: Man Wah, Lin Ying-shi
